What these terms cover

These terms apply to the Formula Coaching website and to the coaching services offered on it: VIP 1:1 coaching and the one-off Bloodwork Analysis call. By applying for coaching or booking a call you agree to them.

Not medical advice

Everything on this site and everything provided in coaching is educational. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for your doctor. Peptides and hormone therapies are prescription only medicines in the UK and must be obtained and monitored through a qualified prescriber. Nothing here is an offer to supply, source or prescribe any medicine. Always speak to a doctor before changing your training, nutrition, supplements or medication.

Who can apply

Coaching is for adults aged 18 or over. Applying is not a purchase: every application is reviewed personally and acceptance is at our discretion.

Prices and payment

VIP coaching costs £799 in total for the first three months, then £275 a month from month four. The Bloodwork Analysis is a one-off £225, the 30 minute consultation is a one-off £100, and private one-to-one gym sessions in Durham are £100 for each 60 minute session. Prices are confirmed before you pay and any change to ongoing pricing is given to you in writing in advance.

Your responsibilities

Coaching only works with honest information. You agree to give accurate details about your health, training and anything you are taking, to flag any medical conditions, and to check with your doctor where anything is in doubt. You are responsible for your own decisions about substances that require a prescription.

Your plan and our content

Plans, guides and other materials you receive are for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling or republishing them is not permitted.

Limits of our responsibility

Training and dietary change carry inherent risk and results differ from person to person. No specific result is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms removes rights that UK consumer law gives you or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute is subject to the courts of England and Wales.
