Bloodwork Analysis: £225
A 60-minute Zoom call with me to discuss everything: your most recent bloodwork, nutrition, supplement protocols, PEDs, peptides, and a physique audit if needed. Nothing's off the table.
- A full review of your recent bloodwork before we speak (or I'll tell you exactly which panel to order, usually from Medichecks)
- Nutrition, training and supplement advice built around your goal, including how to improve your bloodwork
- PEDs and peptides discussed openly on the call, with honest advice for moving forward
- You leave the call with a document and a plan of action to improve your progress: not just your physique, but your health and your mental health too
Lifters who are training hard but stalling, anyone over 20 who's never had their bloods looked at from a physique and health perspective, and anyone who wants to learn how to read, interpret and improve their own bloodwork markers.
- Tap the button below: it opens WhatsApp with me directly
- I'll confirm a time and send you a secure payment link for £225
- Send over your bloods (or order the panel I recommend), then we get on the call: 60 minutes, your agenda

What if I don't have bloodwork?
No problem: before the call I'll tell you exactly which panel to order and from where (UK panels typically £79 to £199, paid to the lab directly). Most panels I recommend can be ordered from Medichecks. We book the call for after your results land.
Is this the same as the £100 consultation?
No. The £100 consultation is a 30 minute phone call where you can ask Gary anything across his field of knowledge, with no bloodwork involved. The Bloodwork Analysis is the deeper service: your results reviewed before the call, a full hour on Zoom, and a document and plan of action to take away.
Is this coaching?
It's a one-off consultation, not ongoing coaching. If you want the full programme afterwards, we can talk it through on the call.
When do I get the written plan?
You leave the call with your document and plan of action: the specific changes I'd make first, in priority order.
Everything shared is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Prescription medicines stay between you and a qualified prescriber. Always speak to a doctor before changing anything about your health.
