Refunds and cancellations.

Your 14 day cooling off period

When you buy coaching online you have 14 days from the day you pay to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask for coaching to start inside those 14 days and then cancel, a fair deduction is made for the coaching already delivered and the rest is refunded.

VIP coaching

The first three months are a minimum term and the £799 covers that full period. After the cooling off period it is not refundable if you stop early, because onboarding, bloodwork analysis and plan building are delivered up front. From month four, coaching is monthly: you can cancel any time by telling Gary in writing at least 7 days before your next monthly payment is due, and no further payments are taken.

Bloodwork Analysis calls

You can reschedule your call free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Cancel with at least 24 hours notice and you receive a full refund. If you miss the call or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the fee is not refundable, though Gary will always try to rebook you where he reasonably can.

£100 consultation calls and gym sessions

The same terms as the Bloodwork Analysis apply to both: reschedule free with at least 24 hours notice, cancel with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund, and no refund for missed calls or cancellations inside 24 hours, though Gary will always try to rebook you where he reasonably can.

Free downloads

Free tools, guides and the VIP Info Pack cost nothing, so no refund applies.
