Who we are
Formula Coaching is the online coaching business of Gary Crosby, operating from the United Kingdom. For anything relating to your personal data, contact gary@formulacoaching.co.uk.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. That means your first name and email address when you subscribe to the weekly email or request the VIP Info Pack, the answers you give on the VIP coaching application form, and anything you send in a WhatsApp conversation, which can include health information such as bloodwork results if you share them.
How we use it
Your email address is used to send you the emails you asked for. Application answers are used to assess whether coaching is a good fit and to build your plan if you join. Health information you share is used only to inform your coaching and is never shared or sold. We do not send marketing you have not signed up for.
Analytics
This site uses Plausible, a privacy first analytics tool. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not track you across other websites. It tells us things like how many people visited a page, not who they are.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of trusted services to run the site: Mailchimp for email, Typeform for the application form, Netlify for website hosting, Plausible for analytics and WhatsApp for messaging. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy and our instructions. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Email subscriptions last until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email in one click. Application answers and coaching records are kept while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted on request or in periodic clear outs.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold on you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to how it is used. Email gary@formulacoaching.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
